About Us
We Have One Goal
Passion for Premium Honey
GHIDAPIS GRUP consists of 5 producers (link to members) who join their efforts to produce and export honey of the highest quality. Today we pride ourselves on a facility that complies with all ISO 22 000, HACCP standards which allows us to comply with the legislation of the countries where we deliver our honey. At the moment we export honey from Moldova to USA, Romania.
In the future GHIDAPISGRUP wants to establish sustainable partnerships with foreign distributors.
Our company tends to develop in harmony with nature, so we use natural materials (wooden hives, glass jars).

Our Values
Bees are the most important pollinator, and maintaining, treating and breeding colonies of bees is noble work that increases biodiversity.
Ensuring the health of bee colonies is at the core of our company’s values, so we are constantly trained in monitoring and prophylaxis of diseases affecting bee families. We are consulted by a veterinarian specialized in beekeeping who frequently visits our cooperative’s hives. We use registered treatments with proven clinical effect (Oxalic Acid, Melisan, Varostop).
In 2023 we will install an innovative monitoring system that allows us to study indicators such as: nutrition, health, resistance, immunity, genetic diversity by installing sensors inside the families included in the study. The LET’ S BEE project will have an important impact on the entire beekeeping sector in the Republic of Moldova.
Our Purposes
Our cooperative aims to increase honey quantity and export capacity by attracting new members. We are very keen to develop the country brand SWEET HONEY FROM MOLDOVA. For this we are conducting negotiations with chain stores and distributors in the United States, Arab Emirates. We are already present in US stores. Honey harvested in the Republic of Moldova is appreciated worldwide for its taste and therapeutic properties. In the long term we want to expand to Senegal and Japan.
We all know that bees are the most important and efficient living creatures on the planet. They provide one of the most recognised ecosystem services, pollination, which is the main source of food for millions of animals, without which wildlife would gradually begin to disappear and subsequently life on earth.
PROJECT “SUPPORT FOR THE
COMPREHENSIVE DEVELOPMENT OF APICULTURE IN REPUBLIC MOLDOVA” 2021-2023, project
co-financed within the framework of the Polish development cooperation of the
Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland. CI GHIDAPISGRUP is the
beneficiary of the project “SUPPORT FOR THE COMPREHENSIVE DEVELOPMENT OF
APICULTURE IN REPUBLIC MOLDOVA” during the period of: 2021 – 2023.
Objective of the project
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs
of the Republic of Poland supported the implementation in the Republic of
Moldova of the project: “Support for
the comprehensive development of apiculture in Moldova”, which was set
to be implemented in rural areas of Moldova during the period 2021-2023
by a Polish NGO – the East Foundation, in partnership with the National Agency
for Rural Development (ACSA) from the Republic of Moldova.
The project was focusing on
support of the comprehensive development of beekeeping, which is of strategic
importance for Moldovan agricultural sector (bees are responsible for
pollination of approx. 84% of all plants, which has a direct impact on farmers’
yields and improving the biodiversity of the environment). The project was
to be implemented during the years 2021-2023, and included comprehensive and
multilateral support in the field of education, bee breeding, processing, local
sales and support for the export of apiculture products, as well as creating
stable conditions for further sustainable development of the entire sector.
The concept of the project assumed
replacing the often-destructive competition at the local level with the
development of forms of long-term cooperation and specialization. The project
included: equipping a beekeeper training centre, support for a model
apiary and honey processing plant, modernization of the regional beekeeping
base, construction and equipment of a beekeeping development centre, development
of a beekeeping product cooperative and modernization of a honey export plant.
The implementation of the
project contributed to creation of 59 new jobs in rural communities and
achievement (in 2021-2023) of an increase in total sales revenues by nearly
180% by 2023. The project was implemented in 6 villages located in 4
regions of Moldova and was fully in line with the National Development Strategy
of Moldova 2030 as well as Agriculture and Rural Development Strategy for
2022-2027.
